Edmond Wheelchair Repair & Supply honors the factory warranties on all the products that we sale.

If you purchase a product from us that includes a warranty card, it must be filled out and mailed to the address shown on the card for the warranty to be in effect.

If you purchase any product from Edmond Wheelchair Repair & Supply and it should break during the life of the warranty, we will work with you to get it repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion.

For homecare or hospital beds, manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, or scooters, the factory supplies any needed parts. Edmond Wheelchair Repair & Supply will take care of the labor. If out of Oklahoma, please call us and we will arrange for one of our associates to handle the labor. If we do not have an associate in your area, you may take the product to any qualified repair center in your area and we will pay any reasonable labor charges. ( We will help you find a qualified repair center )

When contacting Edmond Wheelchair Repair & Supply about a warranty problem, we will need the following information.

( 1 ) Name of the person that purchased the product.

( 2 ) Date of purchase.

( 3 ) Brand and model of product.

( 4 ) Serial number. ( if any )

( 5 ) As much information about the problem as you can supply.
