Airless Inserts ( flat free inner tubes ) replace the tube in pneumatic tires. They keep the tire in a fully inflated condition, which can improve tire life. In most cases airless inserts can be reused when you do have to replace the tire.

To install flat free inner tubes you will need a bench mounted vise and the Airless Insert Installation kit found on our Wheelchair tools page. If ordering online the kit may be ordered with the inserts. You only need one installation kit to install all sizes and the kit is reusable.
