Airless Inserts ( flat free inner tubes ) replace the tube in pneumatic tires. They keep the tire in a fully inflated condition, which can improve tire life. In most cases airless inserts can be reused when you do have to replace the tire.

To install flat free wheelchair inner tubes you will need a bench mounted vise and some lever bars found on our Wheelchair tools page. We recommend at least three of the lever bars.
